proxy behavior

I am using this project for 3 months and I want to thank you so much for this wonderful api.

I need to learn a very critical point for me. If I use the proxy property of tweetinvi, can twitter see my real ip without getting in touch my proxy provider? I am renting servers for my accounts in other countries and running my code on those servers to be seen logged on from that country. If tweetinvi proxy property resolves this problem fully, I will just rent proxies and change my project drastically.

I am not a Twitter employee and I cannot answer this question without guessing.
First what are you trying to solve by "running the code from other countries"?

For the initial question I would guess that they are not because they have quite a big traffic and I don't see any reason for them to collect such information.
That said, the NSA seems to be quite keen to get this kind of information, so as I said, my guess would be no.
