Regular Expression for Url Shortner

Hello,
I've got an issue with the Tweetinvi api, because of the regular expression. The regex does not catch all the url when numbers are presents :
http://fr.news.yahoo.com/40-ans-après-1er-choc-pétrolier-jamais-sortis-034233999--finance.html

In this case, only http://fr.news.yahoo.com is catch, and then generates an exception. But using the twitter website, this works fine.

EDIT : It does not work with number and french accentued characters.

Thanks
